A newer version of PeriodVol is needed to keep going. Your logged data stays safely on this device.
ml is an estimate of blood lost, not total fluid. A fully soaked regular pad or tampon is about 5ml; large/overnight pads hold more (roughly 10-15ml). Menstrual cup markings are the most accurate way to measure. This is not a medical device. Consult a doctor if volume exceeds 80ml per cycle, large clots, or unusual color persists. Predicted dates (period, ovulation, fertile window) are estimates based on past logs, may be inaccurate, and must not be used as a method of contraception.
